Friday was bittersweet. It marked two weeks since Papaw had passed and 3 years since my dear friend Lori passed. Life is so strange. You mourn for the life that was lost, celebrate the life they led, cherish the memories made and rejoice in their new life with our Heavenly Father. Emotions are a rollercoaster though. Blugh.
Today was nice. We sat on the porch while it rained. Relaxing. :)
Oh! Some things to remember in prayer please....
-my wonderful friend Gina is expecting baby Andrew to appear at ANY time! Please pray for a safe and healthy delivery. Can't wait to meet that bundle of sweetness. Gina is an AMAZING mommy already to the cutest little boy ever, Lucas James...aka L J. Adorable. Andrew will be such a blessing to that family!
-my equally wonderful friend Jeannie is on a fantastic trip to Hawaii with her husband (and I'm sure missing her sweet baby boys REAL bad). Please pray they have a safe trip back home.
-Also...my fabulous cousin Christy (and her precious little baby Graicy) welcomed her husband home today from his deployment to Egypt. Please keep praying for our troops and their families who sacrifice so much.
