Not a fav...

Tonight we tried a new recipe. Mini Eggplant Pizzas. We aren't sure if we just didn't like it or if maybe our eggplant wasn't the freshest. Ah well. It's still up in the air. We're not opposed to trying it out again sometime though.

Instead, we had cereal for dinner and played cards. It's been a relaxing evening. We'll probably hit the hay early! Happy Monday!
