Also while in the Ville...

We drove past our old house. I tried to get a good pic but people were behind us and we didn't want to be the weird people taking pics of houses. Anyway...it looked GREAT. They had beautiful flowers on the porch, a great yard, she was already floating in the pool. We are so happy for that family. They are taking great care of it. Here was our home. It was funny because we had this big conversation how it didn't feel like we were coming back from somewhere but that we were going somewhere. It didn't seem like we'd made that trip so many times or driven through that neighborhood every day for 4 years. I hope that doesn't sound unappreciative. We loved that house and made great memories there. We were thankful for that house. It was our first home that wasn't an apartment. Just an odd feeling. It's funny how easy you can get into a new routine, a new life. We felt like it just made us feel all the more that we are exactly where we are supposed to be. That's a great feeling. We love our new home and we hope the family in our old home is loving it even more than we did. It was good to come back to our mini farm though and feel absolutely at home. :)
