Things are starting to come together. We're very excited! Over the past couple of weeks many things have been accomplished. We've had some workers getting down to business! The utility room, one bathroom and the enclosed porch have new floors! Woohoo! This project also lead to new floor joists and extra insulation. Our old water heater has been removed and plumbing completed to install the new one. Tile has been laid and grouted. City water has been installed! We came in this weekend to take care of some painting so that the toilet, sink and water heater can be installed next week. It was pretty exciting to see it coming together!

This is the bathroom. We love the tile/tub/color combination. The color is Basket Beige...which will also be the color of the kitchen.
The laundry room.....we went fun and picked this spunky color...Parakeet!
