Ok...last weekend....my fabulous friend Jeannie came down for a visit! She got here on Friday night. She got the tour of Woodstock, where we go to church, the community center, the parents, our house. Josh cooked us some AMAZING steaks and veggies over the fire. We spent the rest of the night in our comfies on our new table and chairs outside, chatting it up enjoying some delicious blueberry vino. The weather was perfect and cool. We saw lots of stars and the it was so loud outside. So peaceful. And great company.
Saturday morning we took a trip to town and she got to experience the fabulous mighty dollar. she was fan (who isn't?!?!) especially when she spotted her favorites.....
Great visit. Miss her tons!
Sadly...due to some plumbing issues and wrong parts....we spent some time at the local hardware store and in town in search of the right part. So when we got home and it was storming.....there was no time for the pool. Bummer. Super enjoyed this visit though. Good for the soul!
