Bringing the Girls home!

As you can tell, we were SUPER excited on our way to pick up the girls!

And here the beautiful birds are!!

This was their first breakfast at "home". They were clucking away when we went outside this morning. LOVED IT!! :) The two big black beauties are Dorothy and Sophia. They're Jersey Giants, the biggest breed of hens. Our three lovely red birds are Estelle, Rose and Blanche. They're Rhode Island Reds....the state bird of Rhode Island. We are so excited to find our first eggs! Later I'll post more pics of their home. I can't wait to go out and collect eggs in my apron! YAY!! Welcome home girls!
